Proteus was launched because of the demand for an attentive, reliable, and dynamic printing company that specializes in the value-added card market.
Our company’s founders listened to feedback from vendors who were tired of the inconsistencies and lack of accountability on the part of their existing printing companies. They also found that many printing companies did not have the ability or willingness to adapt to their customers’ changing needs. One comment summarized the majority: “just give me what I want, and when I want it.” This may seem like a simple request, but it became obvious that many customers were not getting the kind of service, product, and attention they deserved.
We created Proteus to meet our customers’ needs, and we’ve defined our vision, mission, and values based on these needs:
