- Video Surveillance: The Proteus facility is monitored by an integrated camera and alarm system, and cameras are positioned in strategic locations throughout our work and storage areas. We monitor the facility from remote locations through Internet access, and we maintain an off-site recording and automatic back-up system.
- Authorized Access: The personalization and packaging of the cards is handled in a secure area that is accessible only by authorized employees.
- Work-in-Progress: Cards that are waiting to be verified and packaged are stored in locked boxes inside our gated production area.
- Shipment Logs: All shipments are accompanied by a detailed log so customers can verify exactly what they are receiving.
- Shredding: All production waste and excess cards are shredded.
